Threshing Cages

The perforated mesh
which we use is an average .045 thicker than original and we have several optional mesh configurations. These configurations are as follows:
1" square opening in
straight line pattern as in original.
1" X 1 1/4" rectangular
openings in straight line pattern
1" X 1" square openings in
1/2" offset pattern (strongest and separates best)
All cages are updated to
the "R" series specifications and are available in either standard steel or can be hard chrome plated.
We have exchange cages
available at present, but availability should be figured at 1-2 weeks Cost on these units is approximately 50% to 75% of OEM. |

Separator Hour Guideline
As a guideline, here are the number of separator hours at which we have found most
parts should be rebuilt or replaced.
Threshing side cylinder bars:400 - 600 hours
Separator side cylinder bars:800 - 900 hours
Concave:450 - 600 hours
Thresher side helicals:600 - 700 hours
Separator side helicals:700 - 900 hours
Threshing cage: 1400 - 1900 hours
